For the purpose of streamlining of the procedure of consideration of requests for issue of export-import licenses of specific goods and operational permission of questions of issue of allowing documents on implementation of foreign economic activity by subjects of entrepreneurship I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Procedure for consideration of the Kyrgyz Republic of statements by the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade on issue of licenses for export/import of specific goods, and the goods which are subject to export control according to appendix.
2. To department of the analysis of foreign trade, export control and licensing of Management of trade policy to carry out expertize of the documents submitted by subjects of entrepreneurship according to requirements of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Procedure for consideration of statements by Ministry of Economy and Trade of issue of licenses for export/import of the specific goods and goods which are subject to export control.
3. In accordance with the established procedure to direct to department of legal examination of Management of legal support and personnel service this order to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic.
4. To send to department of the analysis of foreign trade, export control and licensing of Management of trade policy the order registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic for publication in mass media and to notify the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on source of official publication of this order.
5. This order becomes effective after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and the subsequent official publication.
6. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister.
