2. Approve the enclosed Payment procedure as the serviceman of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia passing military service under the contract, lump-sum allowance in cases of termination by their spouses of the employment contract in connection with movement of the military personnel to the new place of military service to other area.
3. To make expenses on payment of the lump-sum allowance specified in Item 1 of this order at the expense of the means allocated from the federal budget for maintenance of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the commander-in-chief of internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia general N. E. Rogozhkin.
