3. This order becomes effective after registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic and the subsequent official publication.

4. Publish this order in mass media after registration and notify the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic on publication source.

5. To heads of department of the organization of medical care, Management of personnel policy, education and organizational work, CEO of department of provision of medicines and medical equipment (Saginbayeva of Z., Ismailov M. A., Kurmanov R. A.):

- determine the list of professional medical and Pharmaceutical Groups (public associations), associations (associations of the medical legal entities) having the right to certification implementation;

- pereutverdit structures of the certifying commissions performing certification on assignment of qualification categories with inclusion in structure of the commissions of representatives of professional medical, Pharmaceutical Groups, medical associations and the organizations of health care.

6. To the head of department of economy and financial policy (Elebesov B. D.) to determine procedure for financing of certification.

7. Recognize invalid:

- the order of the Ministry of Health of the USSR No. 1280 of 17.12.1981. "About measures for further enhancement of certification of doctors";
