1. Approve the enclosed Rules of accession of networks of telecommunication and their interaction.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 19, 1996 N 1254 "About approval of Rules of accession of the departmental and allocated networks of telecommunication to network of telecommunication public" (The Russian Federation Code, 1996, N 44, the Art. 5016).
3. To provide to the ministry of information technologies and communication of the Russian Federation in accordance with the established procedure till July 1, 2006 to the Government of the Russian Federation rules of accession and interaction of communication networks for distribution of programs of television broadcasting and broadcasting.
