1. Approve Regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. Declare invalid the subitem 1) of Item 1 of the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 13, 2004 No. 200 "Some questions of the Ministry of Agriculture".
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the responsible secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan Omarov T. E.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
