About approval of cost of excise stamp for marking of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products
Based on part one of Item 3 of article 20 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of August 27, 2008 "About state regulation of production and turnover of alcoholic, non-food alcohol-containing products and non-food ethyl alcohol" and parts one of Item 19 of the Regulations on state regulation of production, turnover and consumption of the tobacco raw materials and tobacco products approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2002 No. 28, the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish cost:
the excise stamp intended for marking of alcoholic beverages according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus in the amount of 170 rubles;
the excise stamp intended for remarking of alcoholic beverages with the damaged excise stamps in the amount of 100 rubles;
the excise stamp intended for marking of tobacco products according to the legislation of the Republic of Belarus in the amount of 70 rubles.
2. This resolution becomes effective since April 10, 2008.
