Approve the Procedure for use of funds of the government budget which are allocated for loan granting for implementation of transactions on financial leasing of the aircraft equipment which is applied.

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of use of the means provided in the government budget on loan granting for implementation of transactions on financial leasing of the aircraft equipment of national production (further - means of the government budget).
2. Receiver of means of the government budget is the leasing company (further - the company) determined by Ministry of Transport on the competitive beginnings.
The procedure and conditions of carrying out tender affirm Ministry of Transport.
3. Ministry of Transport signs with the company the agreement concerning use of means of the government budget in which, in particular, are determined procedure for provision and return of means, obligations of the parties.
4. Money transfer of the government budget is performed according to procedure for its cash accomplishment on expenses.
5. Return of means of the government budget is performed according to the schedule applied).
In case of assignment not in full the schedule is subject to the corresponding adjustment by the Ministry of Finance.
6. Leasing recipients are determined by the company on the competitive beginnings.
