According to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 14, 1999 to No. 9677/2, for the purpose of assistance of the organization and development of mutually advantageous border and coastal trade of Ukraine with the states on which it borders in boundary regions I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on the organization by executive bodies of border and coastal trade which are applied.

2. To legal support division (Servinsky A. Yu.) provide registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the time established by the legislation.

3. To provide to administration (Fractional V.V.) the publication of this order in the newspaper "Uryadovy of hens' єр".

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the First Deputy Minister Petrov K. O.

Regulations on the organization by executive bodies of border and coastal trade

I. General part

1. The purpose of this Provision is generalization and regulation of package of measures concerning assistance of the organization and development of mutually advantageous trade of Ukraine with the states on which it borders, in boundary regions.
