For the purpose of ensuring effective use of funds of the Government budget of Ukraine which are allocated for financing of repair of agricultural machinery and the equipment for agro-industrial complex which are withdrawn from financial leasing from the leasing recipients declared bankrupt or such which broke the contract of leasing (further - repair of agricultural machinery) and on accomplishment of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 30, 2005 N 535 "Questions of use of the means provided in the government budget for transactions of financial leasing" I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for determination on the competitive beginnings of contractors on repair of agricultural machinery and the equipment for agro-industrial complex which are withdrawn from financial leasing from the leasing recipients declared bankrupt or such which broke the contract of leasing which is attached.
2. To department of scientific and technical policy (Kulgavy V. F.):
2.1. In accordance with the established procedure to provide provision of the order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
2.2. Approve structure of permanent tender committee by determination on the competitive beginnings of contractors on repair of agricultural machinery.
2.3. Bring provisions of this order to permission of the Ministry of agrarian policy of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, head departments of agricultural industry and food of regional public administrations, Deraptment of Agriculture and food of the Sevastopol city public administration, voluntary forming, the companies, organizations and the organizations which belong to the sphere of management of Minagropolitiki of Ukraine and JSC NAC Ukragroleasing.
