the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2003 N 264 "About approval of insurance rates on obligatory civil liability insurance of owners of vehicles, their structure and procedure for application by insurers in case of determination of insurance premium" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, N 20, the Art. 1898);
the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 20, 2004 N 216 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2003 N 264" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, N 18, the Art. 1760);
