Article 1. Determine that in 2008 the base rates of the land tax established by the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About base rates of the land tax for use of agricultural holdings, personal and country parcels of land, lands of settlements and nonagricultural appointment for 2005" are applied.
Article 2. Before acceptance in accordance with the established procedure of rates of the land tax for 2009 the rates approved by this Law continue to be effective.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective from the date of publication.
