About approval of Technical regulations for the transferring power networks
Based on Article of 5 paragraphs (1) and Articles of 7 litas. g) The law on the electric power N 137-XIV of 17.09.98 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, N 111-113 Art. 681), for the purpose of establishment of rules and requirements of technical nature for the operator of the transferring network and system and the participants of the market of electrical energy intended for realization of reliable and economic work of National electric utility system, DECIDES: Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power
1. Approve the Technical regulations for the transferring power networks stated in annex as resolution component.
2. Owners of licenses for transport of electrical energy and the central dispatching activities in the course of the activities shall submit to rules and the established requirements of the Technical regulations specified in Item 1.
3. To impose control of observance of this resolution on management of regulation and licensing.
