About use as the customs declaration of business and other documents
Based on part two of Item 7 of Article 75 of the Customs code of the Republic of Belarus the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Business and transport (transportation) documents can be used as the customs declaration in case of customs declaration of goods by total customs value to 100 euros inclusive, and also goods concerning which the following conditions are at the same time satisfied:
1.1. goods are not excisable (except for excise domestic goods) and are intended for:
demonstrations at exhibitions, fairs, the international meetings, conferences, the congresses and other similar actions (except for exhibitions in the places of implementation of productive or other business activity which are carried out for the purpose of sale of the imported goods), and also uses as the service equipment and materials in case of demonstration of such goods;
disaster recoveries, accidents and catastrophic crashes;
holding sports competitions of the international level or preparation for them in the territory of the Republic of Belarus or beyond its limits;
holding religious, theatrical, concert, circus and other similar actions;
uses as multireusable tare;
1.2. goods are located under customs regimes: temporary import, temporary export, reimport, re-export, free circulation, export.
At the same time the effective period of customs regime of temporary import or temporary export declared by the customs applicant shall not exceed one year;
1.3. goods are located under customs regimes without execution of the tax liability on payment of customs duties, taxes;
1.4. business and transport (transportation) documents contain data, stipulated in Item 4 Articles 75 of the Customs code of the Republic of Belarus.
