1. Grant the right to chiefs of managements (departments) of internal affairs of city, district executive committees (local administrations), departments (departments) of internal affairs on transport, departments (departments) of Department of protection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus in areas, the cities, areas in the cities, other settlements, correctional facilities, pre-trial detention centers, medical and labor dispensaries, republican unitary production enterprises of criminal executive system and medical and labor dispensaries of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus to establish to faces of the private and the commanding structure surcharge for accomplishment along with the obligations on the main position of obligations of the employee who is temporarily absent in connection with disease, leaves, business trip and for other reasons when behind it the position remains.

2. Approve the list of positions of faces of the private and the commanding structure of law-enforcement bodies on which surcharge for accomplishment of obligations of temporarily absent employee can be established, according to appendix (further - the list).
