For the purpose of fixing of the rights, obligations and responsibility of customers (builders) in construction, and also settlements of their relations with other participants of construction activities I order:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the customer (builder) in construction.

2. To committee on supervision of conducting works in construction (V.V.'s Sys) to register the specified Provision in the National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus.

3. Determine that the Regulations on the customer (builder) in construction become effective from the moment of its official publication.

4. Due to the acceptance of this provision about the customer (builder) in construction the Regulations on the customer builder (the single customer, directorate of the company under construction) and technical supervision approved by the resolution of the State Committee for Construction the USSR of February 2, 1988 N 16 are not subject to application in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Nichkasov A. I.
