According to Item 17 of Regulations of Admission of persons for receipt of the higher education of the I step and Item 17 of Regulations of Admission of the faces for receipt of secondary vocational education approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 7, 2006 No. 80 "About Regulations of Admission of persons for receipt of the higher education of the I step and secondary vocational education" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that:

1.1. payment for acceptance and document creation for participation of entrants in centralized testing:

1.1.1. it is levied in the amount of 0,1 of basic size for one subject;

1.1.2. it is not levied from entrants:

from among orphan children, children without parental support, persons from among orphan children and children without parental support, handicapped children aged up to 18 years, persons having oncological diseases or TB patients;

disabled people of I and II groups, except persons whose disability was caused by their illegal actions, because of alcoholic, drug, toxic intoxication, mutilation;

from families of the military personnel who became disabled people owing to wound, contusions, mutilations or diseases got in case of protection of the Fatherland or fulfillment of duties of military service in the states where fighting was conducted;

from families of faces of the commanding and ordinary structure of the Investigative Committee, the State committee of the judicial examinations, law-enforcement bodies and the state security agencies which became disabled people owing to wound, contusions, mutilations or diseases got on duty in areas of fighting;
