The personal responsibility for observance of requirements of the Instruction about conditions and procedure for passing of materials about position assignment (dismissal) of judges of general courts of the Republic of Belarus, assignment of qualification classes is assigned to chiefs of head departments of justice of regional executive committees, the Minsk Gorispolkom, chairmen regional, the Minsk city, Belarusian military of courts, chairmen of qualification boards regional, the Minsk city, Belarusian military of courts.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
