1. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of 21.05.2012 No. 636

Transform the State committee of the Russian Federation for youth to Federal Agency for Youth Affairs.

3. Form Federal agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States.

Determine that the Federal agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States is under authority of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Transfer to the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation functions of Federal registration Service on registration of non-profit organizations, including departments of the international organizations and foreign non-profit non-governmental organizations, public associations and political parties, having provided the corresponding increase in the number of staff of the Ministry and reduction of the number of staff of Service.
