About compensation payments to persons performing care of disabled citizens

For the purpose of strengthening of social security of disabled citizens I decide:

1. Establish since July 1, 2008 monthly compensation payments in the amount of 1200 rubles to the idle able-bodied persons performing care of the disabled person of the I group (except for disabled people since the childhood of the I group), and also for aged, needing according to the conclusion of medical institution permanent foreign care or reached age of 80 years (further - compensation payments).

Compensation payments are established to one idle able-bodied person concerning each specified disabled citizen for implementation of care of it.

2. The amount of compensation payments, the stipulated in Item 1 this Decree, for the citizens living in the region of the Far North and the areas equated to them, in the areas with severe climatic conditions requiring additional material and physiological costs of the citizens living there increases by the corresponding district coefficient applied in the specified areas (areas) in case of determination of the sizes of pensions according to the Federal Laws of December 15, 2001 No. 166-FZ "About the state provision of pensions in the Russian Federation" and of December 28, 2013 No. 400-FZ "About insurance pensions".

3. To the government of the Russian Federation to determine sources of financing of the stipulated in Item 1 this Decree of compensation payments and procedure for their implementation.

4. Recognize voided since January 1, 2007:
