Regulations on procedure for the organization of housing cooperatives and provision of the parcels of land by it

1. Basic provisions

1.1. This Provision is developed according to the Land code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Housing code of the Kyrgyz Republic, other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic and establishes procedure for the organization of housing cooperatives for the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic having the right to non-paid receipt of the parcel of land in property for construction and servicing of the apartment house and maintaining personal subsidiary farm according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Conditions of non-paid provision of the rights to the parcels of land to the housing cooperatives organized in settlements for construction of the apartment house are determined by this Provision.

1.2. Action of this provision does not extend to other specialized consumer cooperatives created for the purpose of satisfaction of other needs of citizens.
