Determine that the state/municipal companies and commercial societies with public or public private equity represent to the Agency of public property or local authorities of public management in which administrative territory they are located, the report on size and movement of property, according to appendix No. 1 to this resolution to which the explanatory note with indication of the reasons of increase/reduction of sales returns, expenses and net profit (losses) is attached, and also information on execution of functions by persons, representatives to represent the interests государства/территориально-административных units in these companies, according to appendix No. 1-1 to this resolution, in the terms established for submission of financial statements.
