Approximate regulations on memorial reserves

I. General provisions

1.1. Except as specified, provided by the Law, the memorial reserve (further - the Reserve) it is created by the President of the Azerbaijan Republic.

The reserve are the territories and settlements representing great value for history and the cultures placing in themselves the historical and cultural monuments, objects of archeology and architecture, ethnographic, numismatical, epigrafichesky, anthropological materials, buildings, memorable places, things connected with historical events and persons, and protected from the state.
