- intermediate customs authority - customs authority in which region of activities cargo operations with goods in transit are made;
- the document on control of the goods delivery - the book of control of cargo delivery or the book of MDP which is drawn up by customs authority for the purpose of control of the goods delivery;
- carrier - the person which is actually moving goods or being responsible for use of the vehicle;
