About approval of the Instruction about procedure for test of financial and economic solvency of accomplishment by operators of regulations and rules on safety issues of aircraft

For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of the Air code of Ukraine, the Presidential decree of Ukraine of January 15, 1998 N 17/98 "About urgent measures for safety of aircraft of Ukraine", for introduction of regular check of financial and economic solvency of accomplishment by operators of regulations and rules on safety issues of aircraft I ORDER:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for test of financial and economic solvency of accomplishment by operators of regulations and rules on safety issues of aircraft it (is applied).

2. To the director of the department of property and corporate laws (Petrovsky O.M.):

2.1. Provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2.2. Bring the specified Instruction to the attention of all operators.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Chairman Davidov O. M.

1. General provisions

1.1. This Instruction developed in pursuance of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of January 15, 1998 N 17/98 "About urgent measures for safety of aircraft of Ukraine" extends to the Ukrainian operators irrespective of patterns of ownership and departmental accessory.
