1. Approve the enclosed Instruction about the organization of collection, separation for types, neutralizations and (or) uses of the waste which are formed after loss of consumer properties of the goods included in the list of the made and imported goods which producers and importers shall perform collection of the waste which is formed after loss of consumer properties of these goods.
2. Determine that the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing production and (or) commodity import, the made and (or) imported goods included in the list which producers and importers shall perform collection of the waste which is formed after loss of consumer properties of these goods, No. 1789 approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 21, 2007 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 2, 5/26449), shall perform collection, separation by types, neutralization and (or) use of the waste which are formed after loss of consumer properties of these goods since January 1, 2009.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2009.
