1. This resolution determines procedure for execution of decisions on suspension of customs clearance of goods concerning which the signs specifying that goods can be counterfeit (further - goods) about cancellation of such decisions, and also procedure for prolongation of term of suspension of customs clearance and the notification of the applicant and customs applicant on the made decisions on suspension of customs clearance of goods and on prolongation of term of suspension of their customs clearance are found.
2. The decision on suspension of customs clearance of goods made by the representative on adoption of such decision by the official of customs authority by results of carrying out transactions of customs control is drawn up in writing by entering into the customs declaration provided for the purposes of goods placement under customs regime, record: "The customs clearance is suspended with ___ to ___ because of identification of the following signs testimonial of the fact that goods can be counterfeit: ____________________" with indication of decision date about suspension of customs clearance of goods and numbers of the decision on implementation by customs authorities of measures for protection of intellectual property rights for the purpose of which execution the customs clearance of goods, and also positions, surname and initials of the official who made the decision on suspension of customs clearance of goods stops.
