1. Approve the Program of measures for completion of the entry of Ukraine into World Organization of trade it (is applied).
2. Control over the implementation of the specified Program to assign to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Today the World Organization of Trade (WOT) determines rules of multilateral system of trade in the world. Its regulations and rules regulate over 92 percent of amounts of the world trade. Members HERE are 144 states, its part also are as the observers of the state wishing to join to HERE, and international financial and economic organizations and groups.
The system of multilateral agreements HERE is reliable guarantee of protection of interests of the export companies in the markets of state members of the Organization. Both the governments of the developed states, and the governments of the developing states pursuing policy of market orientation, opening own markets are interested in existence of such system of rules.
Ukraine began process of accession to the GATT/VOT system in 1994.
As of the end of 2001 eight meetings of the Working group on consideration of the request of Ukraine about the accession to World Organization of trade (further - the Working group), the last of kotorykh13-14 June, 2001 took place.
Ukraine is in condition of bilateral negotiations on access to commodity market and the services which are one of the main components of process of finding of membership in HERE with 24 state members of the Working group on consideration of the request of Ukraine about the introduction in HERE.
