1. Determine that land registration, the real estate and the rights to them, land lease agreements the state company "The Center of the State Land Cadastre under the State Committee of Ukraine on Land Resources" performs (further - the GZK Center).

2. Charge to the GZK Center creation and maintaining the automated system of the state land cadastre and the State register of land rights and the real estate.

3. Determine that since July 1, 2003 the GZK Center on bases of self-sufficiency and paid basis performs state registration of the parcels of land, rights to them and transition of the rights (transaction), provides to physical persons and legal entities effective services in the field of use of data of the state land cadastre and the state register of lands.
