About approval of the Regulations on procedure for preparation and carrying out open tenderings
For the purpose of increase in efficiency of process of privatization of state-owned property and investment attraction in economy of Ukraine, according to the Law of Ukraine "About privatization of state-owned property", I ORDER:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for preparation and carrying out open tenderings (further - the Provision) which are applied.
2. Consider invalid the order FGIU of 25.12.97 No. 1520 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for preparation and carrying out open tenderings (tender)", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 31.12.97 for No. 635/2439.
3. In three-day time from day of approval of this order to provide to department of preparation and carrying out tenders and international tenders of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine provision of the Provision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. In ten-day time from day of state registration of this order to provide to the press center of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine the publication of the Provision in "Sheets of privatization" which are appendix to "The state newsletter on privatization".
5. To provide to department of preparation and carrying out tenders and international tenders of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine sale of the state blocks of shares of open joint stock companies according to the Provision.
6. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
