1. Approve the enclosed procedure for transformation of the state company to public joint stock company.

3. To the state committee of statistics of the Republic of Tajikistan to determine and provide to the State committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan the list of the state companies with quantity of workplaces 200 and more according to the approved state for January 1, 1997 and the list of the companies with quantity of workplaces from 100 to 199 according to the approved state for January 1, 1997 in a month

4. To the state committee on investments and management of state-owned property of the Republic of Tajikistan till July 15 to determine the list of the state companies with quantity of workplaces 100 and more, privatizeable and to publish it in mass media
