1. This Procedure determines use mechanism in 2008 of the means provided by the Ministry of Defence in the government budget according to the "Implementation of the Actions Connected with Carrying Out Land Management Works, Execution of Documents of Title on Real Military Estate and the Parcels of Land" program (budgetary funds are farther).
2. Managers of budgetary funds of the lowest level are territorial room and operational administrations, the Kiev room and operational management, room and operational departments (parts).
3. Budgetary funds are allocated on:
work on land management for the purpose of the certificate of right to use by the parcels of land (further - land management works) which belong to lands of defense and are provided for placement and permanent activities of military units, organizations, military schools and organizations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine which contain at the expense of the government budget (further - military units);
carrying out technical inventory count of real estate, registration and registration of the property rights to real estate units which are assigned to military units.
