About measures for anti-corruption

For the purpose of creation of system of anti-corruption in the Russian Federation and elimination of the reasons generating it I decide:

1. Form Russian President's Council for Countering Corruption (further - Council).

The chairman of the board is the President of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that:

a) the main objectives of Council are:

preparation of the offers to the President of the Russian Federation concerning development and realization of state policy in the field of anti-corruption;

coordination of activities of federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies of municipalities on realization of state policy in the field of anti-corruption;

control of implementation of actions, provided by the National plan of anti-corruption;

b) Council for the solution of the main objectives assigned to it:

requests and receives in accordance with the established procedure required materials from federal bodies of the government, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation;

invites representatives of federal bodies of the government, public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation and public associations to the meetings.

3. Members of council take part in its work on a voluntary basis.

The meeting of Council is conducted by the chairman of the board.

Decisions of Council are drawn up by the protocol.

For implementation of decisions of Council decrees, orders can be issued and to be given instructions of the President of the Russian Federation.

4. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree of the Russian Federation of 28.07.2012 No. 1060

Approve the enclosed structure of Russian President's Council for Countering Corruption.

5. Form presidium of Russian President's Council for Countering Corruption for the solution of the current questions of activities of Council.

The chairman of presidium of Council, his deputy, the responsible secretary and members of presidium of Council are part of presidium of Council.
