About the Procedure for determination of level of monetary pay and the scheme of settlement official pay rates of the Chief executive and staff of Executive directorate of Interstate fund of humanitarian cooperation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States

1. Approve the Procedure for determination of level of monetary pay of the Chief executive and the staff of Executive directorate of Interstate fund of humanitarian cooperation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States (Appendix 1).

2. Approve the Scheme of settlement official pay rates of the Chief executive and the staff of Executive directorate of Interstate fund of humanitarian cooperation of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States (appendix 2).

3. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing, and for the State Parties which legislation requires accomplishment of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force, - from date of delivery of the relevant documents to depositary.

It is made in the city of Yalta on May 25, 2007 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
