1. Take into consideration Information on the realization course in 2007 of the Concept of development of social and medical bases of improvement of quality of life and prevention of disability of veterans of wars, participants of the local conflicts, peacekeeping transactions and the victims of terrorism in the State Parties of the CIS for 2006 - 2010 it (is applied), provided by Committee on cases of soldiers internationalists under Council of Heads of Government of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth together with Executive committee of the CIS and considered by the Commission on economic problems.
2. Ask the governments of the State Parties of the CIS to take measures for accomplishment until the end of the current financial year of the obligations accepted for 2007 on financial provision of the Actions plan on implementation of the specified Concept.
3. Note positive work of Committee for soldiers internationalists under Council of Heads of Government of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth on implementation of the Concept of development of social and medical bases of improvement of quality of life and prevention of disability of veterans of wars, participants of the local conflicts, peacekeeping transactions and the victims of terrorism in the State Parties of the CIS for 2006 - 2010.
