1. Give to Public institution ""Special Equipment and Communication" scientific and production association of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation" the status of basic research establishment in the field of development of special means (weapon of non-lethal action) for law enforcement agencies of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
2. Approve Regulations on basic research establishment in the field of development of special means (weapon of non-lethal action) for law enforcement agencies of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth of Independent States it (is applied).
3. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its signing, and for the states which legislation requires accomplishment of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force, - from date of delivery of the relevant documents to depositary.
It is made in the city of Ashgabat on November 22, 2007 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
