2. Extend the Procedure for determination of level of monetary pay of the Chairman of Executive committee - the Executive secretary of the CIS, officials and the staff of Commonwealths of Independent States Executive committee, approved by the Decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government of May 25, 2006, to the Executive secretary of Coordination council of Attorney-Generals of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the staff of the Secretariat of KSGP of the CIS.
3. Approve the Scheme of settlement official pay rates of the Executive secretary of Coordination council of Attorney-Generals of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth of Independent States and the staff of the Secretariat of Coordination council of Attorney-Generals of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States (appendix).
4. Recognize invalid Items 1 and 2 of the Decision of Council of CIS Heads of Government of May 30, 2002 about financial provision of activities of Coordination council of Attorney-Generals of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
