1. Approve enclosed:
1) Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 07.10.2011 No. 1151
2) the List of the objects of the Republic of Kazakhstan which are subject to the state protection.

To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with other interested state bodies in three-months time to develop the List of strategic objects and to submit in accordance with the established procedure it for approval in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan to approve in coordination with the Ministry of Economy and Budget Planning of the Republic of Kazakhstan the plan of step-by-step input in 2005-2006 of the state protection on the objects specified in the subitem 2) of Item 1 of this resolution taking into account transition to financing of public institutions of specialized security divisions of law-enforcement bodies at the expense of means of the republican budget since January, 2005.
