1. Approve the enclosed form of the state statistical reporting 12-ves (bunker) "The report on export (import) of bunker fuel" * monthly frequency and enact it starting with the report for January, 2008.
2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-ves (bunker) "The report on export (import) of bunker fuel" * and enact them starting with the report for January, 2008.

4. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of statistics and the analysis of the Republic of Belarus of January 30, 2006 No. 3 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 2-CBT "The report on export (import) of bunker fuel" and instructions for its filling".
5. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2008.
