1. Provide in 2008 to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs (further - consumers) delay and (or) payment by installments of debt repayment for the consumed natural gas, electrical and heat energy according to appendix.
Action of delay and (or) payment by installments of debt repayment for consumed natural gas, electrical and heat energy stops before the expiration established in appendix to this resolution in case:
early payment by consumers of the amounts of the delayed and (or) spread debt for the consumed natural gas, electrical and heat energy;
violations by consumers of terms and (or) procedure for repayment of the delayed and (or) spread debt for the consumed natural gas, electrical and heat energy;
failure to provide consumers of complete monthly payment of the current consumption of natural gas, electrical and heat energy.
Action of delay and (or) payment by installments is resumed from the first following after month in which complete payment of the current and next payments in debt repayment is made.
