According to the Law of Ukraine "About the taxation of profit of the companies" and the Regulations on State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 4, 2003 N 292/2003, State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine DECIDED:

1. Approve the Technique of forming by non-bank financial institutions of reserve for covering of risks of not return of principal debt on the credits, guarantees, bails, the taken securities, other forms of debt, acknowledged non-standard it (is applied).

2. To department of state regulation and market development of financial services (Ignashchenko V. A.) and to submit to Legal management (Tkachenko D. V.) this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.

3. To legal management (Tkachenko D. V.) together with Department of state regulation and market development of financial services (Ignashchenko V. A.) in week time from day of state registration of this order to address to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine with the offer concerning loss of force the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 1997 N 1182 "About approval of the Technique of recognition of the credits (other types of debt) by non-bank financial institutions, non-standard during creation of insurance reserve".
