About approval of the Regulations on procedure for establishment of limits of remaining balance of cash in cash desks of banks and control of their observance

According to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of August 5, 2005 N 147 "About guarantees of uninterrupted ensuring cash payments from deposit accounts in banks" the Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides:

1. Approve according to the appendix "Regulations on Procedure for Establishment of Limits of Remaining Balance of Cash in Cash Desks of Banks and Control of Their Observance" (the text in Uzbek).

2. Enact this resolution after ten days from the moment of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
