About measures for development of roadside service

For the purpose of creating favorable conditions for development of roadside service on republican highways, ensuring effective use of transit opportunities of the Republic of Belarus:

1. Determine that:

1.1. No. 312 is excluded according to the Presidential decree RB of 11.07.2012

1.2. Ceased to be valid according to the Presidential decree RB of 31.01.2013 No. 47

1.3. construction of facilities of roadside service and engineering infrastructure to them is performed without compensation of the losses of agricultural and (or) forestry and landscape production caused by withdrawal of farmlands and lands of forest fund for the purposes which are not connected with maintaining rural and forestry.

* For the purposes of this Decree objects of roadside service are understood as the capital structures (buildings, constructions) located on roadside strip (in the controlled area) republican highways, and also located on the parcel of land which part is on roadside strip (in the controlled area), and other part directly adjoins to roadside strip (controlled area) of republican highways, and intended for servicing of participants of traffic along the line (motels, hostels, hotels, campings, service stations, objects of trade and public catering, sink, supervised parkings, parking for motor vans and trailers for housing), except for the objects located on the parcels of land provided for construction and (or) servicing of gas stations.

2. Offer banks, authorized to service state programs (further - banks), to grant the loans to the organizations and individual entrepreneurs for construction and (or) reconstruction of objects of roadside service and engineering infrastructure to them for a period of up to five years at the following rates:

on the credits in Belarusian rubles - in the amount of 2/3 refunding rates of National Bank;
