1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the state Register of the certified court experts it (is applied).

2. To provide to management of expert ensuring justice consideration given on document registration and timely decision making on entering into the Register of data on the certified court experts.

Procedure for maintaining the state Register of the certified court experts

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of forming and maintaining the state Register of the certified court experts (далееРеестр).

2. The register is official electronic database which is kept for the purpose of creation of information fund about persons who received according to the procedure, provided by the Law of Ukraine "About judicial examination", qualification of the court expert.
