According to Item 5 of the Section I of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning stimulation of actions for energy saving" I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for inclusion in the State register of the companies, organizations, the organizations which are engaged in development by implementation and use of energy saving actions and energy efficient projects it (is applied).

2. To provide to department of normative legal support (Small M.V.) this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
