1. Approve the Plan of internal (voluntary) migration of able-bodied population from densely populated and land-poor mountain regions to the valleys of the republic having laylands for 2008-2009 (further the plan) it (is applied).
2. To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan:
- together with local executive bodies of the government, the ministries and departments to provide timely accomplishment of the plan;
- develop within two months in the new edition Regulations on procedure for internal (voluntary) migration in the Republic of Tajikistan and in accordance with the established procedure to provide to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan for approval.
3. To chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, cities and areas of the republic:
- provide resettlement of internal (voluntary) migrants to new residences based on the provided lists in the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan during 2008-2009;
- till August 1, 2008 in accordance with the established procedure to determine new places of resettlement of migrants for 2009 and till February 1, 2009 to complete all preparatory activities on resettlement according to the plan;
