5. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Tajikistan, the State unitary air enterprise "Tajik of Eyre", the State unitary enterprise "Rocha of okhana Tochikiston", in accordance with the established procedure to inform motor transportation, railway, river and airlines of the Republic of Tajikistan information on the established check points through Frontier of the Republic of Tajikistan.
6. Consider invalid:
- the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of September 12, 1998 No. 368 "About check points through Frontier of the Republic of Tajikistan";
