About rates for electrical and heat energy

For the purpose of accomplishment of the Program of the strategy of development of reforms in the energy sector and assistance to the economic growth of the country, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve and enact the enclosed rates for the electrical and heat energy released by Open joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik" since May 1, 2008.

2. To the Ministry of economic development and trade of the Republic of Tajikistan together with Open joint-stock holding company of "Barka Tochik" to make corresponding changes to the Price list No. 09-01-2008 "Rates for electrical and heat energy" according to this resolution.

3. Declare invalid:

- the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of December 30, 2007 No. 663 "About rates for electrical and heat energy";

- the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 25, 2005 No. 317 "About entering of amendments into the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 2, 2002 No. 155";

- the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 2, 2007 No. 389-15.
