Accept the offer of the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of agricultural and water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Uzdonmakhsulot company on determination, taking into account the developing prices for grain in the world and regional markets, basic uniform purchase price on soft wheat 3 classes of harvest of 2008 in the amount of 169 000 bags for ton.

3. Determine that:

payment for the grain realized by zernoseyushchy farms over the amounts provided in agreements of contracting for harvest of 2008 is made for the state needs at the prices for 10 percent exceeding uniform purchase prices;

4.
