1. Determine zone coefficients of the territory of the cities and regions of the country for calculation with persons who are engaged in housing construction, the minimum turnover, taxable for the purpose of the VAT according to appendices to this resolution, and and their borders to determine zones on the city of Baku according to appendix to "Zone coefficients of the territories of the cities and regions of the country for charge of the simplified tax which is subject to payment by persons who are engaged in housing construction", to No. 140 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of September 25, 2007.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
