1.1. This Procedure No. 274 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About prevention of homelessness and offenses of minors" is developed on the basis of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of August 9, 2005 and determines rules of taking measures of social resettlement (daleeuchrezhdeniye) by specialized agencies to rendering psychological assistance, and also public and other assistance according to the procedure, established by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About psychological assistance" to minors, their parents or other legal representatives in elimination of difficult living conditions of minors, in recovery of their social status in places of their accommodation, educational institutions, on workplaces, by return of minors to the families.
1.2. Social shelters (further - shelters) and the centers of social resettlement belong to organizations (further - the center).
